Is this a sales pitch?: No. If the work is not a fit we will tell you in the first 10 minutes. We would rather keep the half hour honest than force a proposal.
What should I bring?: A rough sense of monthly enquiries, what a typical job is worth, and where new work lands today. A range is enough.
